- Your account must not have been suspended or terminated for violations

- Applies to monthly and annual plans
- No questions asked within the 7-day period
2.3 What's Not Covered
- Subscription renewals or subsequent purchases
- Requests made after 7 days
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service

3. Service Issues and Technical Problems
We may provide refunds or service credits in cases of:
- Extended Service Outages: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours
- Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate payments
- Technical Failures: System errors that prevent access to paid features
Note: Service credits may be offered instead of refunds for technical issues, providing extended access to make up for lost time.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as:
- Medical emergencies or hospitalization
- Military deployment
- Significant changes in financial circumstances
- Other extraordinary situations at our sole discretion

5. What We Do NOT Refund

- Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank
7. Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- Immediate Effect: You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges
- Access Continues: You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- No Refund: Cancellation doesn't automatically trigger a refund
- Self-Service: Cancel anytime through your account settings
